3. Coordinate with churches to develop and support New Congregation Development and Outreach

· Partnership for Ministry Overseas
· Plant/support New Church Start in the US
· Develop Strategy/Method for New Church
· Development, Outreach Ministries & Evangelism
· Shared Ministries/Projects
4. Develop and implement a National Plan for Hmong United Methodist Churches and Ministries
· Setting goals and priorities for ministries
· Discerning unity and connectional ministries
· Setting standard of faith, guidelines & practices
5. Serve as a communication center for Hmong United Methodist Churches
· Website, news, prayer request, information
· Record and history keeping
