What We Do... 

1.  Advocate on behalf of Hmong churches and ministries at the District, Conference, General Board and
     Agency level for support and self-determination

·   Assist in the appointment system
·   Advocate for new church start/mission church
·   Endorse project plans and proposals
·   Meet/consult with District, Conference, General Board and Agency for support and missions
·   A member of the National Federation of Asian American UMC

2.  Develop/Provide Leadership Trainings, Consultations and Resources

·   Hmong UM Annual Convocation
·   Discipleship and Worship Materials, and Others
·   Course of Study for Local Pastors
·   Leadership Trainings (youth, laity and clergy)
·   Camping and Retreats (youth, laity, and clergy)
·   Ministry Consultation
·   Conflict Mediation and Resolution 

3.  Coordinate with churches to develop and support New Congregation Development and Outreach 
     Ministries

·   Partnership for Ministry Overseas
·   Plant/support New Church Start in the US
·   Develop Strategy/Method for New Church
·   Development, Outreach Ministries & Evangelism
·   Shared Ministries/Projects 

4.  Develop and implement a National Plan for Hmong United Methodist Churches and Ministries

·   Setting goals and priorities for ministries
·   Discerning unity and connectional ministries
·   Setting standard of faith, guidelines & practices

5.  Serve as a communication center for Hmong United Methodist Churches

·       Website, news, prayer request, information
·       Record and history keeping
